Once you have reviewed the case suggestion form and instructions you may email cipsubmit@acr.org with any additional questions.

Claiming CME information >>CiP users are responsible for maintaining their own transcript records. It is recommended that you print/save your transcript regularly. Access to CiP transcripts is available to current members only. We are unable to provide transcript copies for nonmembers.
